 MCA ADVISORY ON WORK FROM HOME POLICY AND
AFFIRMATION OF THE SAME TO MCA
 
Work from Home Policy
 
To Contain the Virus by staying InDoors, the MCA has directed companies and LLPs, to put in place an immediate plan to implement the “Work From Home” Policy (WFH) as a temporary measure till 31^st March 2020, by when the positions will be reviewed.

Companies and LLPs.
 
Recommendation Methodology
 

1. Video Conferencing or other electronic/ telephonic/ computerised means

 

1. Minimise physical interactions by having staggered timings for essential staff.

 

1. Preventive measures issued by Public Health authorities to be strictly followed.

 
Filing of CAR with MCA
 

1. MCA has deployed a web-based form CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID -19.

 

1. It is available in MCA website from 23^rd March 2020

 

1. The form shall be filled and declared by the authorised signatory of the company i.e. a Director by entering OTP received in their mobile number.

 

1. It is not an additional burden; it is only a confidence building measure and an appeal to companies to join hands to contain the Corona Virus disease through social distancing - ##Tweet by MCA##.
